The FavorPrep™ Blood Genomic DNA Extraction Kit is designed for rapid extraction of pure genomic DNA from whole blood, serum, buffy coat, body fluids, lymphocytes and cultured cell. As a column-type tube is utilized in the purification process in three simple steps of binding, washing and then elution for the safe and convenient extraction of high-purity genomic DNA.

Sampling
Up to 200 μl of whole blood (with anti-coagulant), plasma, serum, buffy coat, or body fluids; up to 5x10⁵lymphocytes or cultured cells in 200μl PBS.

Yield
About 5μg of total DNA from 200μl of human whole blood; up to 50μg of total DNA, depends on the sample types and the number of cells in the sample.

Handling Time
About 60 minutes depending upon the sample types.

Storage Conditions
Stable for 2 year at room temperature. The Proteinase K Powder store at -20℃.
